Our all in one loan offers you the opportunity to use your home loan as your bank account, allowing you to minimise the interest you pay and reducing your mortgage as quickly as possible. Your loan comes with an ATM card that can be used is most ATMs and eftpos in Australia and also overseas.
The loan can also be split into 4 parts, for example you can have one account where you pay your wages into, another account that has a fixed rate. You could have one as your car loan and the 4th split could be used for investment.
You also have the choice of fixed interest rates (1,2,3,4 or 5yrs) that can be included in your four accounts. (Please note, redraw and salary credit are not available on fixed rate portions)
We have various options where you can also choose to have a cheque book and the amount of free transactions you require per month.
